1. General Information
The website www.caminulfelix.ro is operated by the Căminul Felix Foundation, headquartered in Romania, registered in the Registry of Associations and Foundations under no. 79/N/1998, Tax ID (C.I.F.) 10610065, with a bank account opened at Banca Transilvania, legally represented by President Marcel Andron Filip.

2. Purpose of the Website
The purpose of the website is to:
- Present the humanitarian and social activities carried out by the Foundation;
- Facilitate the process of donations and volunteer involvement;
- Provide resources and useful information about the Foundation’s projects.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on the website (texts, photos, videos, logos, graphics, etc.) are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of the Foundation or authorized collaborators. The following are prohibited:
- Full or partial reproduction of the content without the Foundation’s prior written consent;
- Use of the materials for commercial purposes or in ways that contradict the Foundation’s social mission.
4. Donations and Online Payments
4.1 Donation methods
Donations can be made in RON (lei) or foreign currency through a secure online payment processor, using a bank card. The donation platform offers two options:
- One-time donation – a single amount directed to the Foundation;
- Recurring donation (monthly subscription) – an amount automatically debited every month from the user’s card.
4.2 Donor responsibility
The user is responsible for carefully checking the amount and the selected option (one-time or recurring donation) and for deselecting any pre-set option before completing the transaction. Selecting a monthly subscription by mistake instead of a one-time donation is the sole responsibility of the donor. The Foundation cannot be held liable for such individual errors.
However, in such cases, the user may email the Foundation as soon as possible at sponsor@caminulfelix.org, and our team will review the situation and seek an amicable solution as quickly as possible.
4.3 Policy on cancelling monthly donations
Donors may request cancellation of their recurring donation at any time by:
- Sending an email with the subject line “Cancel monthly donation” to the Foundation’s official email address; or
- Using the dedicated section in the user account (if available).
The cancellation will take effect starting with the month following the submission of the request.
4.4 Refund policy
Donations made are considered non-refundable voluntary contributions, in accordance with the Romanian Fiscal Code and legislation on non-profit organizations. However, in special and justified situations, a refund may be considered within 15 calendar days from the date the payment was made.
5. Personal Data
5.1 Data collection
By completing donation or contact forms, you provide us with information such as: name, email address, banking details, etc. This data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of managing donations and maintaining a transparent relationship with our sponsors/donors.
5.2 Data protection
Your data is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Foundation will not sell, rent, or distribute personal data to third parties, except in cases required by law or when strictly necessary for payment processing.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Căminul Felix Foundation:
- Does not guarantee that access to the website will be continuous, secure, or free of technical errors;
- Is not responsible for financial losses caused by improper use of the donation form or by issues related to the payment processor;
- May modify the website content at any time, without prior notice.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Foundation reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and the revised version will be displayed on the website, with the date of the latest update. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the revised terms.
