This Privacy Policy refers to the collection of personal data using both online and offline methods, as detailed below.

The Căminul Felix Foundation, headquartered in Oradea, Bihor County, registered in the Registry of Associations and Foundations at the Oradea Courthouse under position 79/N/1998, Tax ID – RO 10610065, in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”), as the Data Controller of the collected personal data, provides you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data.

Collection and Storage of Personal Data and the Type and Purpose of Their Use

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The personal data collected by the CĂMINUL FELIX FOUNDATION are primarily those you provide to us in various situations on our website and those we obtain as a result of your use of our website. The Foundation’s Privacy Policy also applies to any data you provide to us through other channels, such as donation modules, forms, sponsorship/partnership/volunteer agreements.

The CĂMINUL FELIX FOUNDATION collects and processes your personal data under the following circumstances:

  • if you contact us to request details regarding future collaborations: internal and external mission volunteering, sponsorships/partnerships;
  • if you respond to our marketing activities;
  • if you provide personal data on behalf of another person, you must ensure that they have reviewed this Privacy Policy beforehand.

a) Visiting the Website

When accessing our website www.caminulfelix.ro, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected automatically:

c) Donor/Sponsor/Partner/User Satisfaction Surveys
